Trekmates supports enthusiasts of rugged outdoor activity and champion willing novices as they venture into the Countryside.  Long established specialists in outdoor accessories the brand is constantly being developed to keep it at the forefront of design excellence.   Our emphasis is on function, so high performance and low weight are key factors throughout the range – all this at competitive prices.

 

Trekmates hold licences to manufacture in the market leading fabrics GoreTex and Polartec which allow us to keep our products at the very fore-front of technical innovation.  Products are designed in the UK.

 

Trekmates products are sold in the UK through a variety of retailers and these are supported by our three area sales managers Paul Chapman in the Midlands, North & Scotland; David Keeley in the South and South-East and Ian Dennis in the South-West and Wales.

 

In 2005 Trekmates was acquired by its Managing Director Jonathan Clayton and outdoor enthusiast Chris Prentice.  See press release for further information.
