STEP 1 – Finding and selecting the products you require
Simply click on one of our product categories to browse our product range. Once you have found a product that meets your requirements, just select the size / colour option you require, enter a quantity then add the product to the basket.

You can then continue to browse the website or proceed to the checkout.

STEP 2 - Proceeding to the Check Out
Just click on the proceed to checkout button, you will then be prompted to either log in if you are an existing customer or register if you are a new customer.

New customers should follow the on screen instructions.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct delivery method and location for delivery prior to continuing!

Delivery methods:

UK Delivery
All UK orders cost £3.95 and are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. A signature is required upon delivery of these orders. In the event that your order weighs over 10kg we will contact you after the order is placed to confirm postage costs UK delivery normally takes around 3 days, please allow longer through busy periods.

Next Day Delivery:
A next day delivery option is available to all customers in mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.  All orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 noon. Orders placed on a Friday pm weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. A signature is required upon delivery of these orders. Price available on request. European Delivery:
A flat rate of £10.00 will be added to each order. A signature is required upon delivery of these orders. Delivery times for European orders depend on the destination please allow approximately 14-21 working days for delivery, for more accurate information please contact a member of our team.

International Delivery:
Price available by request only. A signature is required upon delivery of these orders. Delivery times for International orders depend on the destination please allow approximately 14-21 working days for delivery, for more accurate information please contact a member of our team.

Free Delivery Special Offers:
Free delivery special offers will only apply to UK Mainland orders. Free delivery will only be sent via Standard UK Delivery. Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.

Stamford Sports Ltd cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have been received by the customer.

STEP 3 - Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, with the exception of AMEX. We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and mail order service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.

STEP 4 - Order Confirmation 
Just click on the confirm order button to place your order.
You will then receive an automated email to let you know that we have received your order. We will then process your order and ship it via the delivery method you have requested to the delivery address supplied.

Returns Procedure

Should you wish to return an item for any reason for a refund or exchange please do so within 28 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition including all packaging.

When returning goods please remember to enclose a copy of the original receipt and complete the returns form that was supplied with your order. Please note that return delivery costs will only be refunded if we have dispatched incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. It is advised that you obtain proof of postage and that the method of delivery requires a signature as in the event of a package being lost we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature can be supplied. 

Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card the goods were purchased with. Purchases made by any other form of payment will be refunded by the same method.

If you wish to exchange a product a second delivery charge will be required. A member if our staff will contact you to advise of this before your exchange is processed.

Guarantee
All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twelve months unless otherwise stated from the date of the original invoice against failure to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original invoice to:
