After paddleboarding the length of England and charting the immense amount of plastic pollution she saw along the way, Lizzie committed herself to combating what is "the single biggest environmental catastrophe affecting our planet today".

Packing up the van on Friday nights and heading off for weekends full of adventure away from the crowds. They love to surf, hike and mountain bike.

A veteran of the British Army, Outdoor Hero Dan McAreavey has used his love of the great outdoors to overcome his own personal challenges.

A keen mountain walker, published author, prize-winning landscape photographer and story-teller, Mike Smart shares and inspires others with his passion for the great outdoors.
With a deep love for hillwalking, Mike shares his passion through being a walking guide at home and abroad. He also organises the Langollen Walking Festival, and writing guide books for some of the UK's best hillwalking destinations.
